Diamond cutting wire is made by electroplating tiny diamond particles on stainless steel wire. Diamond cutting wire has increased the cutting ability of stainless steel wire due to the micro-saw teeth of diamond, which greatly speeds up the cutting speed and cutting ability of samples. It can achieve high-speed cutting, and the cutting speed can be increased by 2 times, which reduces the time consumption and can complete more work per unit time. Diamond wire cutting of samples belongs to environmentally friendly production. Only water or water-based cooling and cleaning liquid is needed during the cutting process. Wires of different diameters can be made according to the needs of the cutting line seam width.
